TERMS & CONDITIONS

You will recieve email confirmation when your registration is received.  This will include payment details for cash, cheques and bank transfers.  Your registration is not complete until payment is processed.

RIGHT OF ENTRY
Please note that Ceroc Nelson reserves the right of entry to maintain gender ratios and maximise enjoyment.

ACCOMMODATION
Please, one name per accommodation booking only.  Bookings are for both Friday and Saturday nights for 1-2 people unless otherwise specified (in which case additional people are $18 per night).  Additional nights either side of the weekend should be arranged directly with tahuna@tahunabeach.co.nz.  Remaining balance due on check in.

REFUNDS
No refund will be given after registrations close on Monday 1st February 2010.
